On each product page, you will find its main characteristics (size, materials, colors, and care instructions).
Please note: because our rugs are handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or texture may occur — these make every rug unique.

Pricing

  • All prices are shown in USD (United States Dollar) by default, but you can switch currencies using our website tool.
  • Taxes and customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • Prices may be updated without prior notice, but the rate applied will be the one shown at the time of purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your rug is shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — Handriya Rugs cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Worldwide shipping from our workshop.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination: typically 7–14 business days for standard shipping, and 3–7 business days for express shipping.
  • Some countries may experience delays due to customs inspections.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Handriya rug. If for any reason you are not satisfied:

  • You may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our rugs, small variations are not considered defects.

Ownership & Warranty

The products remain the property of Handriya Rugs until payment is received in full.
We guarantee the quality of our craftsmanship. Proper care following our instructions will ensure the longevity of your rug.

Liability

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by events outside our control (customs delays, carrier issues, natural events).

Who we share your data with

How long we retain your data
